ASC English encourages students to first attempt to resolve any concerns or complaints directly with the school through internal procedures. However, if a concern cannot be resolved internally, students have the right to submit a formal complaint to CEA.
CEA will review complaints that are written, signed, and related to an institution's compliance with CEA Standards.
A formal complaint to CEA must:
- Be submitted in writing
- Include the student's name and contact information
- Identify the institution (ASC English)
- Describe the concern or complaint
- Identify the CEA standard(s) that may have been violated
